International Sales Assistant/Vertriebsassistenz (m/f/d)

We are looking for an International Sales Assistant/Vertriebsassistenz (m/f/d) based in Stuttgart in full-time as soon as possible.

Your role

With your structured and organized approach, you support the sales frontline by handling administrative, logistical, and operational tasks. By efficiently managing administrative duties, you free up the sales team to focus on their expertise. As a vital part of our team, you play a key role in streamlining workflows in our sales organization, ensuring smooth operations and heightened efficiency.

Your contribution to our team

  • Keep track of incoming and existing leads and ensure all important information is recorded and kept updated in the CRM system
  • Oversee and enhance procurement processes, including vendor setups, tenders, and registrations
  • Encourage teamwork between sales and operations to improve workflows and boost efficiency
  • Coordinate tasks for trade shows and maintain effective procedures for conference registrations and preparations
  • Work with the Marketing team to support prospecting efforts and record gathered lead data from campaigns as needed

What you bring to our team

  • First experience in traditional back office support or similar positions
  • A commercial training or bachelor’s degree in the field of economics, business, accounting or similar preferred
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, along with a intermediate understanding of the German language
  • A friendly and open personality
  • Well organized and structured approach to work
  • Experience in international sales and CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
